Home Style Dressing with Smoked Pork Sausage

|Chopped Onion and Celery||1 cup each|
|Chicken broth or Water||2 ½ cups|
|Dry Herb Seasoned Stuffing||16 oz pkg|
Sautee' Home Style Sausage and crumble
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions and celery and cook to 2-3 minutes. Add Broth and bring to boil and remove from heat. Add sausage and dry herb seasoned stuffing and sage. Mix together lightly. Loosely spoon stuffing into the poultry cavity.
* Preparation for baking outside the bird - add 1 tsp. chicken broth per serving and place in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350*F for 30 minutes.
