Home Style Dressing with Smoked Pork Sausage

| Home Style Pork Sausage | 11b pkg |
| Butter | 6 tblsp |
| Chopped Onion and Celery | 1 cup each |
| Chicken broth or Water | 2 ½ cups |
| Dry Herb Seasoned Stuffing | 16 oz pkg |
| Sage | 1 tblsp |
Preparation:
Sautee' Home Style Sausage and crumble
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions and celery and cook to 2-3 minutes. Add Broth and bring to boil and remove from heat. Add sausage and dry herb seasoned stuffing and sage. Mix together lightly. Loosely spoon stuffing into the poultry cavity.
* Preparation for baking outside the bird - add 1 tsp. chicken broth per serving and place in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350*F for 30 minutes.Let us know how yours turned out!
